Written on a Tuesday in February, 2014:
There are tax receipts to enter into a spreadsheet but all I want to do with today’s last quiet minutes is listen to a song on repeat and to find some more words for you.
I wish you weren’t so far away right now. I wish could grab a cup of tea…I wish you could see me now, with the color back in my cheeks and my inner self back on steady ground.
– An except from a letter written by Jen Lee to Tim Manley from The 10 Letters Project
Last summer, friends Jen Lee and Tracey Clark met up after a long while, in a wonderful moment of serendipity. After learning about Jen’s latest project (in collaboration with Tim Manley) Tracey was immediately intrigued and inspired. Later that evening, she texted Henry Lohmeyer about it.
This recorded conversation is what happened when Jen, Tracey, and Henry got on the phone together to talk about The 10 Letters Project, Our Collective, collaboration, connection, gender and friendship.
